The Consortium
The FCHR project will be coordinated by the management team from Wixta, that will be in charge of handling the financial and administrative aspects, and acting as main liaison with the REA representatives.
A Project Manager (PM) has been appointed, Dr. David Perillo, who is cooperating with Wixta in FCHR project bringing his expertise in R&D projects management and development.
Two other management roles are identified, respectively the Scientific and Technological Manager (STM) and the Exploitation Manager (EM), which will act as PM’s staff function and advisories for the strategic monitoring and decision-making processes in the project.
The operational management level of FCHR Project is assigned to the direct responsibility and overall coordination of the Work-Package Leader (WPL) which will operate to assure an efficient activities’ implementation in respect of the timing and resources planned for each WP.
The partnership shows a very simple structure, with 3 RTD performers covering the research aspects needed for reaching the proposed objectives, and 4 SMEs getting support and training from the RTD involved in the fields of competence.
The Consortium is very complementary for what concerns the expertise needed to achieve the R&D results (RTDs) and the competences needed for their exploitation, covering the whole value chain, from the component production to the final use (SMEs).
